Junior Design Engineer

Full time Position – Nasik, India

What you will do:

  • Provide design assistance and administrative engineering support for Samtech.
  • Drafting 2D drawings and producing 3D models as required by the engineering team.
  • Assisting in Mould design and Mould Validation.
  • Assisting in documentation with related to New product development.
  • Collaborating with toolroom and design department independently.
  • Perform other design related duties as assigned.

What we are looking for:

  • NTTF, CTTC, IGTR, DME (0-1 years of experience) OR ITI with 2-3 years of experience in toolroom (Mould Manufacturing).
  • Excellent skills with Auto-CAD and Unigraphics (NX6 and above).
  • Excellent knowledge about Engineering drawings.
  • Strong Analytical skills.
  • Excellent Communication Skills and interaction with various internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a team.
  • High sense of responsibility, attention to detail.
  • Experience in using ERP is a plus.

HR Business Partner

Full time Position – Nasik, India

What you will do:

  • Understanding the business objectives and priorities to derive and execute the best HR initiatives and support measures for your area of responsibility.
  • Proactively advise and support managers and employees in all HR matters.
  • Generating strategies and concepts in collaboration with all stakeholders and managers and implementing them in the respective department.
  • Implementing various HR projects both as part of a team and independently (e.g. Provide expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, organizational development, recruitment etc).
  • Implement strategies to accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.
  • Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
  • Partner with Learning & Development to work on value-added programs in areas of training, development, career mobility, and job performance.
  • Perform other HR related duties as assigned.

What we are looking for:

  • Atleast 2-3 years of experience as a people partner as well as in business support and implementation of people processes and projects.
  • Strong Leadership Abilities.
  • Strong Analytical skills to define and generate relevant KPI’s and reports.
  • Excellent Communication Skills and interaction with various internal stakeholders.
  • Very good knowledge of social law issues.
  • Excellent organizational skills, initiative and ability to work in a team.
  • High sense of responsibility, attention to detail and active participation in complex topics.
  • Experience with change management within a business is a plus.
  • Experience in using ERP and HR tools.
